- Dr. Delcina Augustin Doreus, Dr.PH – Chief Executive Officer
- As a Doctor of Public Health, Dr. Doreus guides the organization’s overarching mission to combat chronic “silent killers” like hypertension and diabetes through structured community outreach and preventative care frameworks.
- Mr. Arol Daniel – Chief Financial Officer
- Mr. Daniel manages the organization’s fiscal health and resource allocation. Known for his hands-on dedication, he directly oversees emergency funding during field operations—ensuring our mobile teams are always fully equipped to meet community demands, even when local needs outpace our expectations.
- Mr. Arsen Noel – Chief Operating Officer
- Mr. Noel directs the complex logistics behind our mass screening events, multi-agency collaborations, and multi-city mobile health deployments.
- Mrs. Audrey Rajic – Manager / Counselor
- Mrs. Rajic leads community counseling initiatives, ensuring that patients flagged during health screenings receive the guidance needed to navigate the healthcare system.
- Mrs. Cassandre Milien, RN, MSN – Secretary
- Leveraging her advanced clinical background as a Master of Science in Nursing, Mrs. Milien bridges the gap between administrative operations and clinical excellence.

- The driving force behind our high-energy public health fairs, coordinating directly with regional partners and faith-based organizations to bring care into the community.
- Michelia Jean, RN – Public Health Representative
- Provides vital clinical oversight and community assessments during localized screening events.
- Steven Daphinis, RN – Public Health Representative (Diabetes Teaching)
- Specializes in chronic disease education, empowering newly diagnosed individuals with the counseling, tool maintenance instructions, and lifestyle training required to manage hyperglycemia.
- Mr. Wedzer Vertulma – Public Relation Media / Communication Specialist
- Manages institutional messaging and media relations to amplify the reach of our regional public health campaigns.
- Mr. Milton St Germain – Social Media Manager (Non-Voting Member)
- Curates our digital presence, connecting donors, volunteers, and families with real-time updates from our field events.
Haiti Executive Board
Operating directly on the ground three times a year, our Haiti Board coordinates our permanent medical clinics, disaster relief deployments, and school sponsorship infrastructures.
- Mr. Herry Joma – Branch President
- Oversees all localized operational structures, international logistics, and community partnerships within Haiti.
- Dr. David Aurel, Physician – Public Health
- Leads clinical outreach campaigns in regions like Marouge, providing critical medical assessments, treatments, and life-saving counseling to hundreds of residents.
- Mr. Jean-Pierre Arold, Civil Engineer – Public Education
- Directs infrastructure assessments and educational outreach, including the long-term structural expansion plans for the sponsored “Univers des petit” school in Petionville.
- Chertoute Huguens – Communication and Public Relations
- Coordinates regional public relations and community trust-building initiatives across our local project sites.
